lexander Hanno (Writer/Producer): After trying his hand at writing in elementary school, Alex fell in love with the craft and made it his life goal to share stories with the world from then on. Upon entering the English program at Tufts University, he found himself drawn toward a focus in film studies and screenwriting, and after joining the school's daily newspaper, The Tufts Daily, worked his way up to the role of editor for both the Film and Television beats. After graduating, Alex moved to Los Angeles to pursue screenwriting and film production full time, starting as a script reader for select production companies such as Broad Green Pictures. He has since written and produced a number of independent short films, including Australia's Tropfest submission The Tramp, the dark, psychological drama The Chameleon and the upcoming sci-fi piece Between. In addition, he's received wide recognition for his feature comedy script, Fairly Certain, including the credit as Semi Finalist in both the Creative World Awards and Screencraft's Comedy Awards. Most recently, Alex completed production on the pilot for his upcoming comedy-drama television series, Served, a half-hour ensemble piece that follows the eccentric staff of a stylish LA eatery while they strive to function as a makeshift family.
