"Amyn Kaderali is an award-winning filmmaker with a Graduate degree in Directing from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and a B.A. from UCLA. His films have won awards worldwide including Best Short Film at the Slamdance Film Festival ("Little Man"), the Audience Choice Award at the Asian American Int'l Film Festival (his feature film "Kissing Cousins") along with the Martin Scorsese Young Filmmaker Award. Most recently, he was a Disney/ABC Directing Fellow and a Warner Brothers Directing Fellow and directed the ABC drama "Private Practice" starring Kate Walsh and Taye Diggs.

In addition to writing and directing films, Amyn's company Rare Medium has been producing outstanding corporate and non-profit videos for such companies as KIPP Charter Schools, The Broad Foundation, Permacity Solar, Citizen Watches, Mommy's Bliss baby products, and many others.
