Dave Castiglione began acting and appeared in Hung Jury in 1990. He founded Sharkey Video in 1994 and when he produced and starred in Love Is A Stranger followed by An Ex-Hooker's Christmas Carol (1995,) The Little World of Wilbur (1997,) Love Is A Stranger Again (1998,) Backwoods. Marcy (1999,) and Deep Undead (2005) under the Sharkey label.

Dave also starred in others cult indie films such as Psycho Sisters, Sorority Slaughter, Vampire Brides, The Mummy's Dungeon, Bloody Creek, Psycho Vampire, Before I Die, and Female Mercenaries On Zombie Island.

He has also produced titles for Mermaid Dreams Productions such as Spring Break at Zombie Lake, (2012) and he specializes in underwater photography.

Dave is currently re-releasing some of his former Sharkey titles through Saturn's Core Audio and Video (2017) and will appear in their upcoming feature documentary Mail Order Murder, The Story of WAVE Productions. (2018)
