Born in Lund (Sweden), to a Jewish mother, and a Catholic father. Her mother is of Italian/Hungarian descent, her father of Austrian/Polish. Her first film role was in Richard Hobert's "Spring för livet" (1997), the 4th instalment in a cycle of seven, called "The Seven Deadly Sins". At the age of 19 she moved to Montreal (Canada), where she enrolled in the Specialization in Theatre Performance program at Concordia University.
